Improved sunrise / sunset coordinates entry to accept either a comma or a period as the decimal separator, with validation of latitude and longitude values

Fixed cycle detection in the dependency graph

Fixed empty device and object names on the BACnet Dataserver Discovery page for devices that encode their names as UCS-2; these names are now converted to UTF-8 and displayed correctly

Added the device hostname and the real-time date and time to the web interface header

Harmonized the version numbering to the Major.minor.revision (M.m.r) format

Improved the web interface header with the Cristal and Jasper logos grouped at the left

Fixed a redirect to a raw JSON data page after login, when the session had expired while a page was left open
